I'm finally getting around to posting this session on my blog. Faith (my cousin) and her boyfriend Brian were awesome to work with, as I wanted to have a shoot over on the western side of Washington and they were happy to oblige. The Northwest has a certain kind of beauty. Washington state itself is full of character and imagination, ranging from majestic mountains in the West to barren desert in the East. The West side is my favorite; in a way it reminds me of Alaska, where I lived for two years. Alaska holds the same "bigness" and freedom that you feel when driving through the mountain passes of Western Washington. I feel that the character the Northwest holds is apparent in these photos, and I hope you think so too! Enjoy!
