northwest + woodland/nature wedding inspiration // seattle wedding photographer // issaquah wedding photographer //

I am so happy to finally be sharing this post on my blog, it has been featured on both Green Wedding Shoes and Seattle Bride Magazine blogs, and finally, my own. This shoot was inspired by the untouched, natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest. While I wanted it to have an organic feel, I also wanted it to have some understated elegance so incorporated beautiful pieces such as the Claire Pettibone dress from The Dress Theory and some beautiful tabletop decor from Vintage Ambiance.  Kelly from Botanique created the perfect florals--a little wild, full of texture and just a tad eclectic, which is what I wanted. I think being true to yourself is extremely important-both as a wedding photographer, but as a bride, too. I wanted to create something that those getting married in the forest, in the mountains, or anywhere else outdoors, could find inspiration in.
